   Summary:
To perform Quality Assurance for all outgoing products from Warranty and Service Center.
   Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:  
• Perform Quality Assurance for all outgoing products from Warranty and Service Center per the Quality
Standards provided by Ingenico
• Ensure daily repair requirements fulfilled
• Maintain and calibrate any tooling to the released standard
• Assist with the manufacture of test fixtures and productions aids
• Ensure the Quality Standards as provided by Ingenico and processes are adhered to by the Warranty and
Service Center team
• Assist in the development and sustained maintenance of procedures and work instructions within
Quality Management System
• Perform measurement tool calibrations
• Prepares documents and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends
• Perform troubleshooting on POS Terminals
• Any other reasonable duties required to ensure customers of the warranty and Service Centre are
satisfied

Required Education/Experience Requirements:  
• Diploma or relevant experience in Electronics Industry or completion of an agreed training plan to the
satisfaction of the Repair Team lead and the Warranty and Service Center Supervisor
• Minimum of 5 years experience of Quality Assurance in Electronics Industry  
Physical Demands:  
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to
successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  
While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to remain in a stationary position
throughout 75% of the day.   The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the Warranty
and Service Center to access file cabinets, office machinery, and repair tools etc etc.   This position requires the
constant operation of a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer, Ingenico POS
terminals, repair tools, calculator; copy machine, and computer printer.   The person in this position frequently
communicates with internal clients.   Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.   Must
be able to bend, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds in order to assist with installation process.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional Warranty and Service Center / warehouse environment. The job may require
alternate shifts and the shift schedule may change as required (may include weekends and some holidays).
Travel:  
Up to 20% of International and Domestic travel may be required
