Job Description: The Georgia Ryan White Part B AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) and Health Insurance Continuation Program (HICP) are state administered programs that provides HIV/AIDS medications or health insurance premium payment assistance to eligible Georgia residents living with HIV/AIDS.
You will assist with processing ADAP/HICP applications and recertifications received from 3 of the 28 ADAP/HICP enrollment sites within the state of Georgia. The company processes approximately 200 new applications and 700-1, 000 ADAP/HICP recertifications on a monthly basis.
Assistance is needed with performing data entry, reviewing applications, approving supporting documentation for eligibility and program participation. You will also monitor, review, and maintain reports received from the program' s enrollment database (CAREWare) and the contracted PBM' s (Pharmacy Benefit Management) system.
Excellent customer service skills, adaptable in fast a paced environment, strong data entry skills, and an aptitude for independent problem solving. Previous medical recertification experience is strongly preferred.
