Description
This individual will be dedicated to promoting the company  brands and will be focused on products produced out of state.
  • Must be a talented writer, with the ability to translate technical information into creative communicative marketing tools
  • Must be able to develop and manage a project timeline
  • Must have a general knowledge of all areas of marketing
  • Must be able to handle various projects at once and have the ability to prioritize independently
  • Must have the ability to work quickly and spontaneously to fulfill a need or request
  • Must be able to travel

Responsible for:
  • Working with the aerospace business segment manager, technical managers and field sales representatives to define and create marketing campaigns for key products. These marketing campaigns can include, but are not limited to: product branding and positioning, creation of data sheets, brochures, email blasts, mailers, presentations, web pages, sample kits, advertisements, webinars, dedicated events, etc.
  • Developing the messaging and pre and post communication plans for various tradeshows and events
  • Managing the follow up of tradeshow leads and measuring the success of the events by ROI
  • Participating in conference calls and responding to the needs of various departments, as well as the local facility
  • Posting on social media pages
  • Coordinating local events and community outreach
  • Supporting the needs of human resources to recruit and retain employees
  • Supporting the needs of the local facility for business cards, stationary, logos, presentation templates and more
  • Preparing and giving presentations about the company and its services
  • Managing the yearly customer communication calendar, such as email signatures, email blasts, and scheduled communications
  • Monitoring and supporting requests for industry sponsorships
  • Writing copy for, editing and making suggestions for updates to the website to keep it relevant and informative

Key projects for the Divisional Marketing Coordinator in 2019 will include:
 
  1. New Company  Website
    • Write copy for the website and program the text in the content management system
    • Manage the internal review process and respond to feedback from stakeholders along the site development process
    • Work with outside consultants to optimize SEO tag words and calls to action on the website for the best results
    • Request, collect and allocate photos of products for the website from customers and collaborators
    • Develop a marketing campaign to launch the website
    • Use Google Analytics and Hubspot to set benchmarks for site traffic and means for tracking successful website campaign
    •   Data Sheets
    • Post the data sheets to website
    • Coordinate changes and internal approval
    • Work with the technical managers to write copy for the data sheets
    • Manage the project of rebranding and relaunching the new Boltaron data sheets
  2.   PowerPoint Presentation Library
    • Develop a library of presentations that can be utilized by the technical, field sales, and HR teams to communicate the capabilities and services of Boltaron
    • Audiences for the presentations include: Airlines, designers, thermoformers, seat manufactures, potential employees, and general distributors
  3. Technical Guides and Resource Library
    • Manage the project developing technical use guides including cleaning, adhesion, thermoforming, etc.
    • Work with the technical managers to write and edit copy for coordinate changes and internal approval
    • Post to website and a make available to field sales managers
       
  4. IQPC, Red Cabin Conference, PAC & Other Events
    • Develop messaging and promote participation for these events
    • Assist field sales team with the development of the presentations and workshops
       
  5. Aircraft Interiors Expo (DE, USA)
    • Work with the marketing manager and design consultants to
    • Manage the project timeline, deadlines for production, shipping, etc.
    • Coordinate ordering of brochures, giveaway items, etc.
    • Write and plan for pre-show communication
    • Manage post show follow up of leads and sample distribution
       
  6. 2019   Recruitment Campaign
    • Work with HR to develop a recruitment campaign that can be utilized for all job fair, job ads, recruiting promotion, etc.

       
  7. 2019   Social Media Calendar
    • Develop a calendar of informative and entertaining content to post on LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook and Twitter
    • Frequently monitor posts and interactions on the page, as well as on our customer and competitor’ s pages
       
  8. 2019 SPE Thermoforming Conference Expo
    • Coordinate the participation of Co  and PMC at the SPE Conference
    • Develop messaging and pre and post show promotion
    • Work with graphic design to create an impressive booth
       
  9. New PMC Website
    • Write copy for the website and program the text in the content management system
    • Manage the internal review process and respond to feedback from stakeholders along the site development process
    • Work with outside consultants to optimize SEO tag words and calls to action on the website for the best results
    • Request, collect and allocate photos of products for the website from customers and collaborators
    • Develop a marketing campaign to launch the website
    • Use Google Analytics and Hubspot to set benchmarks for site traffic and means for tracking successful website campaigns
       
  10. New PMC Data Sheets and Brochure Library
    • Manage the project of rebranding and relaunching the new  data sheets
    • Work with the technical managers to write copy for the data sheets
    • Coordinate changes and internal approval
    • Post the data sheets to website
       
  11. New PMC Sample Kit
    • Work with technical managers and field sales team to develop a professionally presentable sample kit and promote it
       
  12. 2019 PMC Social Media Calendar
    • Establish a social media presence
    • Develop a calendar of informative and entertaining content to post on LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook and Twitter
    • Frequently monitor posts and interactions on the page, as well as on our customer and competitor’ s pages
