Job Description

Customer Service Representative 
Knowledge of HIPAA compliance rules is required 
*will be handling sensitive information on a daily basis*

Estimated Duration: 3 to 6 months or longer, depending on the need.
Hourly Pay Rate: $16.00 an hour
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4: 30 PM 
Remote is available upon approval.

Job Summary:
Under direct supervision, works and communicates with general public, internal customers and/or external customers to provide information and services targeted to meet customers’ expectations.

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED 2 years of experience in a customer service setting communicating information. Call Center experience preferred
