Customer Service Representative
245 Peachtree Center Ave NE , Suite 2200 Atlanta, GA 30303
Pay Rate: $14 hour
Work Schedule – Monday – Friday | 7: 30AM-4: 30PM, and 8: 00AM-5: 00PM
Daily parking fee is required.
The Customer Service Representative will report to a Customer Service Back Office Operations Supervisor under general supervision ensuring that frontline services are meet in a timely manner.
In addition, the Customer Service Representative will provide team support to the Customer Service Back Office Operations when needed for other responsibilities.
The representative will be stationed at the Retail Center at the headquarters in downtown Atlanta.
Job Responsibilities and Performance Standards:
- Maintains a consistent, high quality, customer-focused orientation.
- Excellent customer service for face to face interactions
- Communicates with all Agency personnel and customers professionally when conducting business and providing services.
- Collaborates and confers with team members to resolve problems quickly.
- Provide support for team when needed.
- Assist with other back office non-phone duties when needed.
Preferred Qualifications: The candidate must have a minimum of two years face to face customer service experience and or retail experience.
