DO YOU HAVE 1-2 YEARS MEDICAL  CALL CENTER OR HIGH-VOLUME PHONE EXPERIENCE IN A MEDICAL SETTING? 

DO YOU HAVE A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE? SHIFTS ARE FIRST & SECOND SHIFT AND WEEKENDS ARE CURRENTLY NEEDED!

Job Overview:

Provides excellent customer service to internal and external callers in a polite, helpful and professional manner. Acts as an expert in department services including telephone triage support services, physician answering service and physician referral services. Provides callers with physician referrals, information related to hospital programs/ educational classes and other requests related to hospital services and physician practices. Supports efforts that ensure delivery of safe patient care and services and promote a safe environment at the hospital.

Pay:  $15 per hour

Location: Atlanta/ North Decatur Area

Requirements:
  • High-volume phone or 1-2 years’ call center experience
  • Work References
  • Must consent to Background check and drug screen post-offer
  • Understanding of HIPAA and understanding of medical terminology
  • Clear and professional phone voice
  • Written and verbal communication skills using proper English grammar
  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma – must provide proof
  • Results of recent TB skin test – different requirements for skin and chest tests
  • Current flu vaccination
  • Proof of MMR, chicken pox and T-Dap immunity
