FOCUS OF GA IS SEEKING A CALL CENTER SUPERVISOR  FOR OUR CLIENT IN DECATUR!

For this position, you cannot owe taxes to the State of Georgia and you must be current on your tax filings.

You MUST  RECEIVE TAX CLEARANCE before being considered for an interview.

Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday, 1st shift 

PAY:
  • Based on experience level (Please specify salary requirements).

Requirements:
  • Bachelor' s Degree and 2+ years' experience OR Associate' s Degree and 4+ years experience as a Call Center Lead or Supervisor
  • Strong computer application skills
  • Strong oral/written communication skills
  • Ability to research accounts,  problem solve and resolve escalations
  • Ability to guide team members to ensure success
