Job Description


Pay:  $12  per hour, potential for increase upon completion of additional training along with  meeting performance and attendance goals. The next training class will begin on November 2nd. 

Shift: Monday-Friday, 9: 15-5: 45 or 10: 15-6: 45

Location:  Downtown, next to the capital building

Parking Fee:  $40 per month for the deck OR MARTA has a stop in the actual building (GA State Station)

Essential Functions:  Assisting 100-150 callers per day with business license questions including renewals, new applications, status updates, etc.

Seeking candidates with a strong customer service background and stable work history! They are looking for people with at least six months of call center experience. They will also consider people with receptionist or hotel front desk. If you are looking for an opportunity to move into a Monday-Friday job with daytime work hours this could be the assignment for you! 

Training will be onsite for two weeks. If you pass training, you will be allowed to work from home. Those who do not pass training cannot work from home and there is nobody to supervise employees onsite. Unsuccessful candidates will not move forward.
