We have an immediate need for a part-time, general clerical/administrative position in Columbus. We are looking for an administrative professional who is proficient MS Office to answer phones and be exceptional in handling customers over the phone. Hours are part-time at 25 hours per week Mon-Fri. Must establish and maintain positive working relationships with other departments. The incumbent must be able to work independently, problem solves, and seek unique solutions. Must demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills and be proficient with Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel (testing is required). Qualified applicants will possess a strong command of general office skills, including maintaining accurate and detailed records. Must exercise good judgment when representing and acting on behalf of the department and hospital. Adhere to HIPAA regulations. The position is an on-going temp and is paying 12/hour.
Candidate must possess:
- Excellent oral and written communications
- At least two years of Office Clerk/Admin experience
- Computer usage – proficient with Microsoft WORD and EXCEL
- Must pass a drug test and criminal background check
