- Experienced call center/customer service background with knowledge of using a predictive dialer phone system
- Intermediate level proficiency utilizing a PC and Microsoft products
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills and have good voice tone and speech
- Trustworthy and uses good judgement when handling PII
- Professional appearance, work habits and good attendance record
- Ability to type 35 wpm
- Must have the ability to learn quickly in a fast paced call center/customer service environment
Reporting Manager: Angela Penn, Senior Manager, Loan Operations Services. Approximate duration of the assignment is from 2/5/2018 to 4/30/2018.
Hours Monday – Thursday 9: 00 am to 5: 30 pm and, Friday 8: 00 am to 4: 30 pm.
