Customer Care Representative

Customer service reps needed for a customer downtown near the Peachtree Center MARTA station. You will assist customers with their toll road accounts. You must have at least one year of high-volume call center experience, 100+ calls per day. You should also have good PC skills, with the ability to learn new programs quickly.
This is a Monday-Friday position. Pay is $12.00 per hour or $14.00 per hour if you are bilingual English/Spanish. If you are bilingual, you will be interviewed in English and Spanish to determine fluency. Training will be 9: 00AM-3: 30PM from July 30 - August 10. After this, your regular schedule will be 11: 30AM - 8: 30PM. You must be able to work these hours. This position is currently scheduled to last 6-12 months with a possible extension.
