Customer Service Representative - Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Our client has immediate need for full-time bilingual (Spanish-English) Customer Service Representatives. This position is in an inbound call center environment in the medical/healthcare industry working on behalf of one of Atlanta' s premier private medical practices.
This position pays $14-16/hour working standard business hours Monday-Friday, but may include being on call a couple of weekends per month. Compensation dependent upon experience.
The right candidate will be motivated, ready to learn, have strong communication skills, be empathetic to customers/patients calling in, and be accountable to his or her work. The environment is fast paced, so the ability to multitask and manage several cases at one time while still being attentive to detail is very important.
Preference is given to candidates who have sales experience and/or medical/healthcare experience including knowledge of health insurance. Customer Service Representatives should be good listeners and able to compare client information with eligibility for services. Being quick on your feet during phone conversations is vital (processing and responding to questions and comments of customer enthusiastically and professionally).
