Our client has a need for a Customer Correspondence Specialist to work in their patient account services department located in Alpharetta.
This will be a potential contract to hire assignment. The contract length starts out as 2-3 months and has the possibility to extend or go permanent depending on the candidate and his or her performance. The schedule will be full-time Monday through Friday. Hours are flexible Mondays through Thursdays. Fridays the hours are set at 7: 30 am to 4: 00 pm.
The Customer Correspondence Specialist will be responsible for reviewing accounts, researching patient issues with insurance, collecting from the patients, and handling correspondence such as customer service emails, phone calls, voicemails, and faxes.
This individual will need to be very professional, have great customer service skills, and be a quick learner. Having experience in the medical or pharmaceutical field is a plus.
