Call Center Speciailist
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Handles high volume of calls in a professional manner.
Handles personal, confidential and sensitive information of customers and staff using high discretion and discernment
Documents information and logs each request/inquiry into an electronic case management tracking system (via. “ tickets”)
Processes password reset requests and ensures correct level of verification has been provided and confirmed
Provides backup and cross-department support as needed
Performs other duties as assigned
?Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficient and extremely comfortable with computers and various software/applications including Microsoft Office
Strong oral and written communication skills using correct grammar and spelling
Strong interpersonal/human relations skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledgeable of standard office equipment
- Pay Rate: $10.00/hour
Hours of Operation
- Normal Hours of Operation Monday – Friday; 8: 00 a.m. – 5: 00 p.m.
- Peak Season - The month of August and late October (subject to change as needed)Monday – Friday; 7: 00 a.m. – 7: 00 p.m. (temporary employees would only be schedule 8 hours/day)
- We do require that an excel test be done The version of excel that we are currently using is Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013.
